Congratulations to the participants from School of Medicine, School of Law, Goizueta Business School, Research Administration, Campus Services, University Libraries, Office of the Vice President for Finance, Emory College and University Technology Services who recently completed their ITIL® Foundation Certification.
ITIL is leveraged by Emory University and organizations worldwide to improve the quality and relevance of IT services to its customers. The ITIL Foundation course equips learners with a common language by providing a broad overview of IT Service Management best practices. In 2011 the IT Service Management Office (ITSMO) delivered three ITIL Foundation courses and one Intermediate course. Some of the feedback from the participants in these courses included:
